Focus IV: 

Improved Accountability and 

Customer Service

 

Every person in this community must be treated with respect, valued for who they are, and must feel that their voice matters. It is time for leaders within our community to take their assignment of service with all sincerity. 

I will encourage and advocate improved accountability and customer service by:

  • Promoting the development of an annual evaluation, conducted by the community, on their thoughts and perceptions of the school district. 

  • Providing a monthly report on my involvement within the district. I believe the community deserves to know how school board members have been engaged and have served the community on a monthly basis. This report would be easily accessible to the community. 

  • Promoting the development of an annual report card by the district for parents and the community. This report card will track parent engagement, volunteer hours, community engagement, and resources that have been brought to the district for our students.
